Terms and Conditions

Registration is required for all retreat programs at least 3 weeks in advance of retreat start date. Please include your full name, phone number, and email address so we can easily contact you regarding important travel information and activity scheduling prior to departure.

A minimum deposit ($200-$500 depending on the event) is required for each retreat and is non-refundable. Remaining tuition for all retreat programs is non-refundable but transferable to a future retreat or training program if canceling within the 30 days leading up to the retreat. If cancellation is required more than 30 days prior to any event, tuition is refundable minus the deposit. Please contact us directly to accommodate changes in your participation. 

For every retreat. expect the following:

• Retreat prices will always include accommodations and daily yoga practice.
• Yoga mats and required props will be provided as part of your tuition.
• Dietary restrictions are the responsibility of the participant to communicate to retreat hosts. Meals will generally be vegetarian for all programs.
• Respect for all retreat-participants is required. These experiences bring people together for inspirational, rejuvenating, and transformative purposes. Everyone's journey will look different!
• We strongly suggest avoiding alcohol, substances, and technology as much as possible during our retreats. Use the time to connect with self, others, and the local culture.
• Ascension Yoga Retreats is not responsible for any tests or documentation required for travel (passports, Covid-19 tests, physical exams, etc.).
• Flight will be booked on your own.
• We are not responsible for any lost items during flight or at the retreat center. Please be mindful during your travel and stay!
